What happens if my scooter arrives damaged?
- All KUKIRIN scooters are brand new and go through strict quality checks before leaving our warehouse. However, during transit, rare cases of minor cosmetic issues may occur. If this happens, please don't worry — just follow these steps:
- Film an unboxing video showing the product and any visible imperfections.
- Contact our customer support team at service@kukirin-usa.com with the video and your order number.We'll assist you promptly with a solution.
How long does it take to fully charge?
A full charge takes approximately 8-11 hours using the included charger. Charging time may vary slightly depending on battery level and ambient temperature.
Does the scooter come fully assembled?
The scooter arrives mostly assembled. Some minor setup may be required before your first ride. Please follow the included user manual and check the brakes, tires, folding mechanism, and other key components before riding.
